Berkeley (Haas). Fuqua has a strong emphasis on global business leadership, and Haas offers global consulting projects through its International Business Development program as well as significant exchange opportunities. Penn (Wharton). You don’t see many comparisons between Fuqua and Wharton, which tend to attract very different MBA candidates, but their core curricula are remarkably similar. Each school offers students significant flexibility while focusing on very traditional MBA subjects of statistics, accounting, finance, economics, marketing, and so forth. These two schools also have the world’s strongest MBA programs in health care. However, you’ll need to apply directly to Wharton’s Health Care Management program when you submit your MBA application, while you can decide to enter Fuqua’s Health Sector Management concentration after you arrive.
Vanderbilt (Owen) and Yale. Vanderbilt and Yale are also strong health care schools with an emphasis in the business of health care, and with similarly collaborative and collegial learning environments.
