When you take the GRE, you will be faced with two sections of Quantitative Reasoning, two sections of Verbal Reasoning, and two Analytical Writing prompts. The Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning sections use computer adaptive testing, which modifies the questions you see based on your performance.
