Register
Registering for a Veritas School Package is easy. Simply click on the “enroll” tab at the top of the Veritas MBA homepage and select a School Package. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a registration number and subsequent directions from Veritas within 24 hours.

PLAN
The First Step – The Client Questionnaire
With a School Package you receive a personalized admissions team to help you develop the best possible application for each school. We assemble your team based on the answers you provide in the Client Questionnaire (CQ), which we provide with your confirmation email.
After you complete the CQ, email it back it to us as soon as possible. We will assign you to your Head Consultant who will contact you by phone or email to set up your first consultation.
Getting to Know You – The Client Questionnaire
Every Veritas engagement begins with a client interview conducted by your Head Consultant. Using information gathered in the first consultation, your consulting team will design a step-by-step plan tailored to fit your individual needs. During your consultation you can expect to discuss:
- How Veritas will help you define your career path in order to most effectively express to the admissions committee why you are getting an MBA
- What goals you have in attending a certain program and what your ideal program will offer
- Your personal strengths and weaknesses, and how you will highlight/mitigate those throughout the application process
After your Initial Consultation, your Head Consultant will map out the next steps in the consulting process, so that you and the rest of the team have a clear picture of how your MBA application deadlines will be met.
Which Schools are Right for You?
Do not worry if you need more information about the available MBA programs, or if you are struggling to decide which schools deserve an application. Your Head Consultant will help you determine which MBA programs are ideal for you.
The first step is to go through a frank evaluation of your candidacy at any and all of the top programs in which you are interested. If we determine that your goals are misaligned with the schools of your choice, we can help you find the program that is a better fit for you. If you do not have any particular programs in mind, your Head Consultant will go through a comprehensive list of schools that will best help you meet the goals you articulated in the Initial Consultation.
Once you select and confirm your schools, your Head Consultant will select an MBA Specialist representing each program. Each member of your team will review your evaluations, so they will be ready to help immediately once you begin writing your essays.
Veritas Personalized Marketing Plan™ – The Story Strategy
During this crucial stage, you and your Head Consultant will create your Personalized Marketing Plan (PMP), a strategic approach based on your professional, academic, and personal history. Those elements will become the foundation of your admission story, allowing you to demonstrate leadership, innovation, maturity, teamwork skills, analytical ability, and potential for academic excellence.
In addition to highlighting your positive attributes, you and your Head Consultant will create a comprehensive list of weaknesses in your profile, along with a strategy of how to mitigate them or even position them as strengths.
Visualize a Successful Application
Your Head Consultant can provide your with examples of winning MBA application components like essays and resumes. While no savvy (or ethical) candidate would utilize canned material, examples can help you better visualize what a successful application should look like. Your Head Consultant can provide samples of:

Create The Perfect Resume
The next step in the engagement is to develop an effective, professional resume. Your Head Consultant will explain how:
- A resume designed for an MBA application differs from a vocational one
- To re-format your current resume to better follow MBA protocols
- To edit the content in order to include only the most pertinent and effective information
Resume Review by the School Specialist
Once you complete your resume, your Head Consultant will forward it to your Specialists for further review. Your Specialist may make content-based changes based on what his or her particular school prefers.
Solicit Letters of Recommendation
Selecting those individuals who are ideally suited to write your letters of recommendation is a crucial task. Recommenders can validate your admissions story and provide additional details about you. Veritas can offer shrewd and objective advice about who will best improve your chances for admission.
Your Head Consultant will also help you craft the perfect letter to send to potential recommenders, impressing upon them the importance of their role and supplying them with the background material they need to write persuasive letters on your behalf.
In Your Own Words - Presenting Yourself to the Admissions Committee
One of the most common errors made by MBA applicants is insufficiently researching a program, and subsequently failing to write essays tailored to that particular school. Our admissions experts can show you how to make the most of your candidacy with refined, personalized essays. This is the one part of your application that you completely control, so it is an opportunity to achieve perfection. We will help you understand what admissions officers are looking for, and how you can be completely candid while emphasizing your goal-oriented professionalism.
From the outset, you will brainstorm potential essay themes with your Head Consultant. Next, you will create a comprehensive outline of each of your essays. Your Head Consultant will encourage you to identify a clear goal for each essay, and the path to get there, before you dive into the writing. This approach will save time, improve the clarity of your writing, and produce thoughtful responses.
POLISH
Feedback – Round 1
Once you complete the initial drafts of your MBA essays, your Head Consultant will evaluate your content, edit for grammar, and identify any formatting errors. Head Consultants are more than glorified editors, they offer penetrating and relevant advice on how your essays will be viewed by admissions officers.
Because this is the first major round of revisions, you likely will receive extensive feedback from your Head Consultant. Occasionally, a client may need to go back and completely revise his or her essays based on the first round critique. Do not be discouraged; the more feedback you receive, the better!
Feedback – Round 2
After you complete your first round of revisions, you send your essays back for a second review. Your Head Consultant will keep you on track, pushing you to make the appropriate changes and helping you adhere to the original strategy you developed together with the PMP.
Feedback – Round 3 and Beyond
You will continue to edit and revise your essays as many times as it takes until your consulting team is satisfied that you are submitting your finest work.
Expert Advice
Your School Specialists will also review your essays, once your Head Consultant is satisfied with your progress. Their objective is to help you incorporate school specific information into your essays, demonstrating that you care about the school and that you would be good fit with the program. Their insider information will enable you to submit tailored and powerful essays.
Yet Another Review
Once you finish your essays, resume, and other portions of the application package, your Specialists serve as another pair of eyes to review your application and ensure that it is perfectly tailored to their school – a service that is unique among all of the world’s admissions consultants.
