Full Course
The Veritas Full Course™ is 42 hours long – almost twice the length of that of its largest competitor. It is rigorous and comprehensive. Armed with over 1400 pages of materials, students learn a deconstructive approach to confidently attack the GMAT. Once mastered, students apply the techniques to actual GMAT questions, inside and outside of the classroom. Veritas has created unique tools for students, specifically designed to unlock their exam potential.
Simply put, the Veritas Full Course™ has proven to be the ideal way for students to maximize their GMAT score.
The Full Course lasts for seven weeks, meeting either on two weeknights from 7:00pm to 10:00pm or exclusively on Saturdays.
Intensive Course
The Veritas Intensive Course™ covers the exact same 42 hour syllabus as the 7-week Full Course, and is identical in every way, except for the meeting schedule. The Intensive Course meets 9am – noon and 1pm – 4pm for seven straight days, from Sunday to Saturday. Students receive the same amount of homework and GMAT practice tests assigned in the 7-week option, so they should be prepared for a lengthy time commitment after the course concludes. The cost is the same as the Full Course.
Attention International Students & Investment Bankers: Intensive Courses are ideal for students based in areas where Veritas does not offer a Full Course, for those students that are unable to free up two evenings a week, and for those who prefer not to meet on weekends. Virtual Veritas
The Virtual Veritas Course is ideal for those students who do not live close to any of the 60 locations where Veritas offers its traditional in-person classes or for those students who simply prefer to attend class online. Instructors teach the exact same material, in an identical fashion, as they do in person. Students receive the same 14 lesson booklets, 15 practice tests, over 1000 GMAT problems, and unlimited toll-free live support.
Veritas conducts all of its Virtual classes live, allowing students to directly interact with their instructor through a headset provided by Veritas or via an instant messaging system built into the Virtual Veritas interface. Classes typically meet twice a week and last for seven weeks.
As with any Veritas Prep course, students who miss a class or seek additional review, will have unlimited access to every lesson with Veritas on Demand.
Veritas on Demand
Due to overwhelming requests, Veritas now also offers its on-demand lessons as a standalone product. Veritas on Demand is the entire Veritas GMAT course, pre-recorded with a top member of the Veritas faculty. The lessons cover all the same topics an Instructor would address in person in a comprehensive and dynamic audio and visual presentation. Students can pause, rewind, fast-forward, or move around in any order. Veritas on Demand students benefit from significant savings and still enjoy the same access to toll-free support, seven days a week.
Veritas on Demand students receive all the same materials, practice tests, and support privileges as Full Course students.
Weekend Course
Veritas also offers a more concentrated course that meets over two weekends. The Veritas Weekend Course™ addresses all of the same topics as the Full Course, devoting 36 hours to those topics over two weekends. Students spend less time on covering problems in class than in the Full Course, but everything else is identical. The first weekend focuses exclusively on the verbal section of the test; the second weekend is devoted solely to the quantitative section. The Weekend Course is best suited for those on an accelerated timeline to complete the GMAT, or for those who cannot attend the Full Course.
You may register for the entire Weekend Course, or register for each weekend individually through the Verbal Focus and Quant Focus courses outlined next.
Verbal Focus
For those students who do not need the assistance of experts to achieve a top score on the quantitative section, the Veritas Verbal Focus Course™ only addresses the verbal section of the GMAT. Held in a single weekend, the Verbal Focus is still a robust 18 hours – nearly as long as a Kaplan course (21 hours) covering the entire test!
During the weekend, students learn powerful strategies including STAMP™, SWIMMER™, and IMPACTS™ to quickly and self-assuredly find the correct answer choices on Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, and Critical Reasoning problems. The Verbal Focus course also introduces a foolproof approach to conquer the Analytical Writing Assessment.
Quant Focus
For those students who do not need the assistance of experts to achieve a top score on the verbal section, the Veritas Quant Focus Course™ only addresses the quantitative section of the GMAT. Held in a single weekend, the Verbal Focus is still a robust 18 hours – nearly as long as a Kaplan course (21 hours) covering the entire test!
The Quant Focus does not assume that the student has university level quantitative skills, so it starts by covering the basics of arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. By the middle of the course, students will confront the most advanced topics on the GMAT. By adhering to a proven method of mastering the fundamentals first, Veritas students can then face even the most complex quantitative problems with speed and accuracy.
Private Tutoring
Though Veritas classes are typically intimate in size, some students prefer individual attention. Private Tutoring offers several advantages to students. It can serve as a perfect complement to a Veritas course, or as a substitute. All Private Tutoring students work with the exclusive Veritas GMAT course materials and faculty. You can conduct your sessions in person or over the telephone.
Private tutoring allows students to focus on a particular area of weakness, at the student’s preferred pace. Students can even select a time and location that best suits their needs. The Veritas Prep
