Ben was born in Austin, TX, and apart from short stints in Spain and upstate New York, has lived there all his life. Ben graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Government. He is currently in graduate school for political science at UT. Ben felt a vocational calling to teach after spending a summer working at a math and science camp for middle school-aged students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. He has tutored the SAT for three years. In his free time, Ben enjoys playing recreational tennis, following professional tennis, learning new things, and communing with the architects of modern liberal democracy.

Real reviews

Benjamin Hardee was a great instructor.
Benjamin Hardee was a great instructor. He was able to properly explain the material and answer any questions our group had. He was very patient and helped me better understand the strategies that the Veritas Prep course outlines. I strongly recommend Mr. Hardee to others.

Great instructor.

Gabriel Neustadt

Education:
BA, Harvard

Hear from Gabriel

Raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Gabriel graduated from Harvard University with an honors degree in English. There, he was selected to write a creative thesis in playwriting, and he continues to see his plays performed at small theaters around the country. As an undergraduate, Gabriel taught a weekly civics class to middle school students, ran a successful campaign for Massachusetts state representative, and was active in other statewide political campaigns. He also served as communications director of the Institute of Politics, one of Harvard’s largest student organizations. When he’s not helping students tackle the SAT,  Gabriel leads post-production on a documentary web series he directed in Israel and the West Bank, and he looks forward to a life of creating socially conscious movies and plays. Some of Gabriel’s favorite memories include living off the grid in Chilean Patagonia, strolling through Amsterdam’s Van Gogh museum, exploring Jerusalem, and jumping (safely) off a cliff in Dubrovnik.
