I was confused between a couple possible answers:C & E

- Answer B says that Corporate Anthropology could be useful for profitability. The answer sections says that passage has not reference to this; however, a quotation from Parson suggest that his work contributed to the company's bottom line. Doesn't this mean that he directly impacted the profitability of the company. More importantly, it implies that he improved the profitability.

I'm assuming you actually mean the difference between B and E...

On B:
Actually, the word "ultimately" means that he didn't impact the bottom line directly, but that indirectly, he had an effect on it. It's a fine line here, but an important one.

It does, however state pretty directly, in the last paragraph, that corporate anthropology "provides data on behavioral patterns ..., data that are likely to be of interest to others in years to come." This refers to using data from current corporate anthropology studies in the future - i.e. "look at how businesses in the past were structured."
