I just missed my first class today due to technical difficulty. I tried to join the class through Elluminate Live, but the authentication had failed every time I try to connect. It said "time out, waiting for response from client". Can someone tell me what is wrong with it? thanks alot!

I believe that you were able to login eventually based on the logs. However, if you or anyone ever has this problem again, here's a nice troubleshooting guide that might come in handy!
