I have missed my first class because I cannot access the class.
I have downloaded the Elluminate software, tested it, and everything is working well.
However, I cannot "attend" the class because the username and password I used to access the Veritas "my account" pages does not work, does not work on the Elluminte log in page.
I tried to retrieve my password, but have not yet received an e-mail from the site. I have tried it several times in the past 3 hours.

Please help, as I do not want to msis my second class on Thursday.
