Hope I'm posting in the right forum. Could you please tell me for how long the live online recorded classes remain available on Elluminate after the Live Online Classes are over.

Hi Sana,

Great question! Our Live Online recordings remain accessible for about 4 months from the time they are recorded before they are archived. Remember, you do have all the pre-recorded Veritas Prep On Demand lessons in your TrueTrack account for use when the Live Online recordings are no longer accessible.

I subscribed to the live online training from the 15th oct to the 27th nov (12PM-3PM) and I can't find the last record. Could you tell me when you generally post it on internet and where? Thank you

Hey Hugo,

Those recordings begin processing as soon as class ends, and usually take an hour or so to be processed and posted back through your Elluminate account, so it's likely when you wrote that it just hadn't processed and posted (this happens automatically).

It should be up by now, posted in your Elluminate account under available files/recordings.
