I have taken these tests and at the end of it it comes back saying sorry could not save the test and I get a score of 200. THis is highly irritating. Can someone please help?

Hello,

We have responded to your query via email and have released the access code you used so that you can retake the exam. When taking these exams, you need to have an active internet connection available in order to communicate your results to the test server.
