Hello,
Sorry to hear that you were having technical difficulties. We do see from our logs that you were eventually able to get into the session and attend class. We also see that you did not have any significant problems the second day of class. We noticed however that your system was running rather slowly in authenticating you into the session and launching the application. This may be due to low system speed/memory or due to a low bandwidth internet connection.
We recommend that you quit all other programs before launching the virtual classroom in order to free system resources.
