I have been having problems with the practice tests and have called tech support twice now with no call back. I have also sent two emails. When I open veritas practice tests, the timer doesn't countdown, it just stays at 1:14. Also, when I am working on the Thomson Peterson tests, there is not enough space on the page so I need to scroll up and down to view quant problems. Lastly, there has been two occasions when answering questions on the Thomson Peterson tests where it provides me with the answer and explanation to the question that I am working on.

I am scheduled to take the gmat soon and would like to get this figured out.

Hi Paul,

This is the first instance that we have heard of reports of malfunctioning timers. The time should update with each subsequent question that you answer. Please also ensure that you have the latest version of Flash installed on your system (Flash 10).

Regarding the issue with the Thomson Petersons exam, can you provide the question number of the question where this occurred along with a short excerpt of the question stem so that we can diagnose the issue.

In the meantime, we suggest that you utilize the 800Score and GMATPrep exams. The GMATPrep exams should give you the best measure of your performance in a test situation.
