Hi Raina,
What really worked for me when I was studying CR was to spend a lot of time analyzing the incorrect answer choices. I found that I learned a lot more from knowing why the wrong answers were wrong than I did from knowing why the right answer was right. Eventually, you should begin to see patterns and quickly eliminate blatantly wrong answers.
Another quick fix might be to focus on the scope of the argument. Many times, you can arrive at the right answer simply by understanding the scope, and eliminating answers that are outside of it.
As for the phone number, did you try the international help line? The number is (310) 456-8716.
Hope this helps!
