You can definitely use our support lines to get help with anything you see in On Demand or in a classroom. Your best bet for support will be to post a question in the Support Forums here, specifically, in the folder that pertains to your inquiry. Note that those particular folders are accessible to current students only. Our instructors and staff constantly monitor the forums and will reply to you almost immediately. You can also use our telephone and email support lines, which are available to you 25 hours a week.
