 Post subject: White book Vs Blue book

I have just started the Veritas on Demand course. May I ask what is the difference between classes designated as (white book) and the ones as (blue book).
Would you recommend to do both or either one of the two?

The blue books are newer versions than the white books. While the material covered is effectively the same, given a choice, I'd go with the blue books.
