As you may already know, there are some programs that admit new grads right out of college (such as the HBS 2+2 Program and Yale's Silver Scholars Program), but nearly all top-ranked MBA programs require, or at least strongly prefer, that you have at least a couple of years of full-time work experience before applying.
If you're certain that you want to go no, then your options (among TOP schools) are pretty limited, but I'd suggest that you start by looking at these programs:
Harvard 2+2: http://www.hbs.edu/mba/admissions/2+2/
(admissions deadline is just 12 days away!)
Yale Silver Scholars: http://mba.yale.edu/MBA/admissions/appl ... html#apply
