I have a low gpa ~2.8 with F's and repeats in biology and am now wrapping up taking 4 classes at the local community college.

I sould be getting all A's in these classes

I know my gpa is dismal but asfar as undergrad GPa is concerned how mitigating can an alternative transcript be?
Work exp is 3 years managing a small business and 1.5 at a top hollywood talent agency (wth progression)

In your case, an alternate transcript could definitely strengthen your application - especially if you can earn A's in classes that are typically part of an MBA curriculum. You need a solid GMAT score in addition to your alternate transcript in order to be competitive. Additionally, you should use your optional essay to explain why your undergraduate GPA is so low (any mitigating circumstances, what you learned from the experience, etc). The schools you choose apply to depend upon your plans post graduation (since different programs have different strengths) as well as your geographic preferences.
