Hi, I scored 700 in my last (and the first one) attempt at GMAT with Q-50, V34. I am from India and have work ex of 6 years as IT consultant. I am not sure whether I should go for Veritas classroom sessions and try to increase the score to 750-780 and then buy packages to shape my application, or just take only specific packages to help shape my application (essays, recommendation, interview etc), since 700 is a reasonably good score. I want to apply to top US and European colleges.

could anyone kindly suggest(preferably a consultant from Veritas itself)?

Thanks

Krishan

Hello,

I do recommend that you try to raise your GMAT score (especially your verbal score) a bit. This will help avoid creating any potential questions about your critical reasoning and English skills. Assuming that you plan on applying this coming fall, you have plenty of time to take a class, then take the GMAT, and then begin working on the rest of your application!

Scott
