Anise I think you do indeed have the core profile that would be attractive to your target schools. Being female and Chinese alone is a strong profile, as it is uncommon, and hits schools right in the sweet spot of diversity (not even to mention that adding a Chinese perspective is very valuable due to the impact of the Chinese economy on the global marketplace). Add to that your high GPA and entrepreneurial bent and you should have a good foundation on which to build a compelling application, as long as it is thoughtfully written and persuasive.
