Will we loose marks for spelling in a Canadian vs American format? For example,

colour vs color
labour vs labor.

The AWA will not penalize you for British / American / Canadian spelling. They actually will ignore minor spelling errors as well - as long as the errors are not so drastic as to make reading or understanding the passage difficult.
