Glad to see that you're getting to so many practice questions!
1) They're not necessarily in any order, so don't read anything in to that. If anything, the passages are arranged in the order that we received them, so it should be a fairly mixed set.
2) If you're within the average timeframe of other users, that's a good thing. If you were significantly longer, that might indicate a problem. Overall, timing on RC passages is a tough thing on which to give recommendations, because you don't take RC questions in a vacuum. If you take a little longer than average to complete RC passages, but are quicker on Sentence Correction or Critical Reasoning, then you're okay, as you'll still finish the verbal section on time. If you're a little slower than average on all three, you may start to run short of time. The best way to gauge your pacing is through practice tests - most of the ones we offer include a reporting tool at the end of the test to let you know how long you spent on each question so that you can better determine where you need to speed up, and where you can afford to slow down to minimize mistakes.
