 Post subject: How to identify the STOP in reading comprehension

I am strugling to identify the Scope ,tone,organization and purpose(STOP) of the passge.I would appreciate if you could provide me the help on the same.

It would be very helpfull if you provide the what is the STOP for each passage in the book. If you provide the STOP at answer section then we can compare our understanding of STOP with answer section.

I felt this is gap in the reading comprehension book.It would help everybody if you can provide the STOP for each passge.

I agree with Posha. Is there any way with to figure out if we have correctly identified STOP for a passage? While you can sometimes assume that if you get the answer right, you are doing the STOP method correctly, there are also times when you get an answer right for the wrong reasons (or by just guessing).
