Correct answer: Computer engineers commonly suffer from eye strain and fatigue a result of sitting too close to a monitor for lengthy periods of time.

My question is, shouldn't we need to insert a comma before "a result of"?

It does look like it should have a comma, though punctuation is RARELY the primary error in any GMAT sentence correction question.
What's the source of the question?
