Hi:
Could you please expand on why "Answer B" is irrelevant? the employees dropped earlier demands for a 25 percent increase in paid benefits, and a 15 percent increase in wages!

The discrepancy is that Fabrico closed a factory because of reduced demand. This is in spite of the fact that they had an increase in the dollar value of their sales. Employee wage and benefit demands do not directly relate to this discrepancy.
