Hi,
Can you please explain by E is wrong? I got the explanation why A is correct but not why E is wrong?

The correct answer is actually choice B.

If B were true the conclusion (rewards for the technically inventive, punishment for the ethically inventive) would follow directly.

Choice E is result of the premise provided by B and the conclusion in the stem. It is not an antecedent for it.
