Question 1:
Certain diseases are more prevalent among certain ethnic populations. For example, disease A, caused by weak nerve cells occurs more frequently among tropic populations than amoing the general population.

I modified what I saw in a book above. I want to know what is the conclusion here?

Question 2: Can you give me an example of an argument type question that does not have a conclusion?

Question 3: Can a "cause and effect" statement be the premise entirely or is the effect always a conclusion? Any examples?

Thanks.

Question 1 appears to be without a conclusion. (which will also answer question2.)

Question 3. The effect doesn't HAVE to be a conclusion. For example, we can have as a premise: "Marketing efforts frequently cause increased sales of music albums." This is simply a premise. One other example might be "Certain drugs have been shown to cause side effects that range in seriousness from a sore throat to a compromised immune system." Again, this is simply a premise.

Hope this helps,
