 Post subject: number property exercise

Hi,

In this problem below, which is the number property, so that B, is the correct answer?

If R and R are positive integers and ratio of r/s is expressed as a decimal, is r/s a terminating decimal?
1) 90<x<100
2) s=4

Anything divided by 4 results in a terminating decimal:

1/4 = .25
2/4 = .5
3/5 = .75
4/4 = 1
5/4 = 1.25
6/4 = 1.5

etc.
