Hi I am puzzled about the answer given for question 28 in the algebra blue book.

The answer provided is:

b +z =x-37/2+z

Can you please explain why the z for antenna is added to the denominator on the right side of the equation? Is this a typo?

Yes - it looks like a typo!

It should be added to the fraction, not to the denominator.
