Please look at the diagram accompanying the question. The outer radius is 20m and the inner radius is 10m. the total radius of the circle should be 30m, again, please see the diagram, it is very confusing.

If the total radius is 30m then the answer is B. Please confirm. ??

The diagram is a bit confusing.

The inner radius is 10 and the outer is 10 + 20 = 30

Based on that, the correct answer is B.
