Why are we multiplying by 1/4? I would think that we would multiply by 1/5 given that 20% of 36 is 36/5. Also because 1/5 is 20%......

Where am I wrong?

36 ounce of dough ... the cookies need to be 20% chocolate (80% dough)

so X = total cookie weight

X * .8 = dough weight = 36

X = 36/(0.8) = 36/(4/5) = 45

chip weight = 45 * .2 = 9

15 - 9 = 6 ounces of chips left
