possible values for i:

1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 ...

but 5 < i < 30,

so possible values are:

7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28

numbers that when divided by 4 give a remainder of 3:

3, 7, 11, 15, 19 ...so, matching these with the above, possible values are 7 and 19
