M/W = 7/5

M = (7/5)W

M/C = 3/4

M = (3/4)C

(3/4)C = (7/5)W

C = (28/15)W ... the smallest W that allows C to be an integer is 15, this would give us 28 for C

and 21 for M

we need C (as well as M and W) to be integers because we have to have whole numbers of people ... we can't have a fraction of a man, woman, or child
