Does the GMAT test our knowledge of the formulas for spheres and pyramids? In other words, will these be provided if needed or should we know these?

Thanks.

Ian,

Theoretically, spheres and pyramids are fair game on the GMAT. However, I have never encountered a question involving 3D figures besides cubes or rectangular boxes, nor have any students who have reported back to me. I recommend skipping the sphere/pyramid stuff unless you're scoring 99th percentile in quant; there are far more important things to study!
